We deliver to Windsor-Essex County. If you live outside these areas please call us at 226-221-9797 to schedule a delivery.

From start to finish we want to guarantee the quality of all our products we sell. One of the ways to ensure that is by personally delivering your food!

Our two delivery days are Tuesdays and Saturdays. Tuesday deliveries are between 3 PM and 7 PM. Saturday deliveries are between 11 AM and 4 PM.

When placing an order, it is not necessary for someone to be there to receive it. If you won’t be at the provided address to receive your shipment, we ask you to leave a cooler with ice at your door. If no cooler is found we will attempt to call you. If no answer, we will take the food back to the store at which point it will be available for pick-up.

The cost of shipping is determined by your distance from the storefront and will be displayed at checkout.

Once the product is received, it must be refrigerated immediately. If you choose, you can put it in the freezer since the product has never been frozen before. (Please note meals will not be as tasty if frozen.) Under regular circumstances, meals stay fresh in the fridge for 7 days and up to 3 months in the freezer.

All you have to do is microwave your meal for 2-3 minutes with the lid on and you are set! Packaging is BPA free and can also be heated in the oven. Additional heating instructions are on the side of each package.

Yes, during checkout you will have the option to select ‘Pick Up’. Your order will then be available on that day during opening hours. We also carry on the go meals, no pre-order needed, for those last minute meals! Our address for pick up is: 3850 Dougall Ave #110, Windsor

For pickups, we accept cash and credit cards, and all deliveries will be prepaid via credit card at checkout.
